Simply Defense Spring Break Clinics have two hrs. of on-ice defensive instruction each day. Focus on foot speed, backward and lateral mobility, gap control, pressure v. contain, playing the rush (1v1’s etc.), puck movement, 1 on 1 battles and more!

Shooting fundamentals for the wrist shot, snap shot, slap shot, backhand shot and flip shot are covered, followed by game situational drills working on shooting in stride, quick release shots, proper shot selection and much more!

Slap Shot Summer Clinic is a one hour program that can be added on to our Strictly Shooting camp or taken on its own. The program is only offered at 1 location (spots limited!) and focuses entirely on the slap shot.

Simply Defense Advanced Development Camp is only available at one location in Connecticut this summer. Individual defensive skills are covered however the primary focus is on situational tactics and defensive strategy.

Focus - Hockey Skating IQ / Power Skating
TEACH players how to go fast, be quick, be explosive and be efficient. Will teach players how to do each push and maneuver correctly, then we will apply it to game situations.
